Ingredients:
0,500ml "Alfredo" pasta sauce with cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cups cooked white rice
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup sweet corn
2 chopped chillies
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon snipped fresh basil
Directions:
1. In large bowl combine milk and pasta sauce. Stir in rice, chicken, peas, sweet corn, chillies and basil. Transfer to 1-1/2-quart baking dish. Before that preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Cover bowl and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and stir. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle atop. Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes more or until heated through and crumbs are golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Serves 4.
